Stage 1
- Built the core founding team
- Started designing a full 3D architectural model of the future drone center
- Initiated development of LearnOn, a proprietary LMS for pilot and engineer training

- Created the strategic roadmap
- Started developing HRUN website to position the brand and verticals
- Released the MVP of Drone Warfare Simulator, our in-house AR combat simulator for military-grade drone pilot training

- Kicked off development of FPV Racers, our AR-based consumer game built on the simulator engine

- Entered into agreement with Telesat; aligned technical specs for LEO satellite integration

- Rolled out Telesat low-orbit video transmission systems in our drones
- Scaled dev team toward 60 members

- Formed partnerships with plastic recyclers to produce eco-friendly drone frames
